Thanks to the kindness of many community residents, we collected four truckloads full of donations at our recent Stone Creek Neighborhood Food & Stocking Stuffer Drive! We're excited to share that our team has also donated $100 to Blessings in a Backpack to help them reach even more families this Christmas!
Our team had the pleasure of hosting a vendor booth at Navigator Elementary School's Harvest Festival earlier this month. Students spun our prize wheel, we served free hot cocoa and attendees were invited to enter our raffle for a Family Movie Night Gift Basket. We had a blast meeting so many new neighborhood families and are proud to be a Platinum Sponsor of Navigator Elementary School!
Next month, we’re spreading some holiday cheer with a FREE Cocoa & Cookies Pop-Up in Stone Creek! Stop by Tuscany Park on Saturday, Dec. 21 from 11 AM - 1 PM for a sweet treat and warm conversation as we celebrate the season together. And, you'll have a chance to win a Holiday Gift Basket ($50 value)! We'd love to see you there!
The Stone Creek real estate market continues to steadily increase in inventory this month with four homes currently for sale in the community. Four homes sold in October for an average of 100% of the listing price. All four homes that sold in October had multiple offers (two homes had two offers and two homes had three) and all four homes were on the market for an average of 5 days. The average sales price in October was $565,000 vs $614,000 in September. The average days on market currently for all active and pending sales is 31 days. We are seeing some homes in Stone Creek taking a bit longer to seller. We are also seeing this in the greater Sacramento area. We will continue to watch the market and share monthly stats with you.
